Adv. Zemach is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department. He specializes in corporate transactions and has been involved in numerous high-profile and complex domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, cyber security, telecommunications, old and new media, biomed, energy and retail. Adv. Zemach advises public and private companies, including committees of independent directors, senior executives, private equity firms and high net-worth family offices, on corporate and securities law matters. Over the years, he handled various types of international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; struggles for corporate control; tender offers; public offerings; venture capital investments; technology licensing; franchise and other transactions in Israel and across the globe, including in North America, EMEA and the Far East. Adv. Zemach occasionally publishes professional articles and lectures on different aspects of his practice areas at academic and professional forums. In addition, he co-authored the Israeli chapter of 'Leniency Regimes' (European Lawyers, Second Edition). From 1999 to 2000, Adv. Zemach was an associate at the corporate department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, New York.
