Title Vice President, Corporate Business Development Company Strauss Group Bio Elad Komissar is the VP Corporate Development of Strauss group, an international Food & Beverage company headquartered in Israel. In his role, Elad is responsible for the company's business development activities, both at the Strauss Group and the subsidiaries' level. In this capacity, Elad is overseeing mergers and acquisitions, investments/divestments, corporate venturing (including a technology focused open innovation platform and an incubator, both working with the fast growing FoodTech community), operational engagements with startups and entrepreneurs and other new business initiatives. Prior to that, Elad worked for Amdocs for several years where he led the company's M&A team and prior to that as a Partner Business Executive. Before Amdocs, Elad worked at Microsoft EMEA as part of the business productivity solution group. Elad holds an MBA from London Business School, and an LLB Magna Cum Laude in law from Tel Aviv University.
