Bio
Elad Benjamin is co-founder and CEO of Zebra Medical Vision. He brings 17 years of Healthcare IT, Medical Imaging and Medical Device experience to Zebra, in both startups and Fortune 200 companies. Prior to joining Zebra Elad served as Vice President and GM of the Surgical Business at Lumenis (NASDAQ: LMNS) – a medical device company. At Lumenis, Elad led the Surgical business to seven consecutive quarters of growth, and was instrumental in helping take the company public on NASDAQ. Before Lumenis, Elad was General Manager of the Healthcare Information Solutions group at Carestream. He led a global Radiology and Cardiology Imaging business, with over 700 employees – consisting of R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer and Professional Services. During his tenure at Carestream, Elad helped secure and implement some of the largest Radiology Imaging solutions in the world – including Kaiser Permanente, National Scottish Health System, Clalit Health System and the Saudi Health System as well top tier hospitals across the globe. Before Carestream, Elad was Vice President of Marketing and Product at Algotec Systems, a Radiology Imaging company, where he led the company’s product, marketing and regulatory strategy, until its acquisition by Kodak Health. Elad holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BsC in Science from Tel Aviv University.
