Title Manager, Global Research Israel Technology Center Company GE Bio Since 2011 Oded manages the General Electric Global Research - Israel Technology Center (GR-ITC) and its team of technical BD managers, nurturing business relationships with Israeli companies in the fields of Energy, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Robotics, Industrial Internet and more. Serving as the interface between GE and the Israeli Hi-Tech industry, the Center facilitates agreements, collaborations & partnerships between Israeli ventures and GE entities worldwide. In 2007, Oded was elected to launch GE Global Research in Israel. As the GR Business Development Manager, Oded scouted and screened Israeli Hi-Tech companies for GE. Upon joining GE Healthcare in 2001, Oded served as a team leader & CT project manager. Active in the field of medical imaging since 1990, Oded also worked for Elscint and Picker, holding leading positions in CT engineering, clinical applications and marketing in both Europe & the US. Born and raised in Israel, Oded obtained his PhD in Physics from Hebrew University and completed postdoctoral work at the TRIUMF lab in Vancouver, Canada. In 2002 Oded earned an MBA from Haifa University.
