Title Managing Director Company General Atlantic Bio Brett Rochkind leads General Atlantic's Palo Alto office and is co-head of the firm’s Internet & Technology sector. Since joining the firm in 2002, Brett has worked in GA’s New York, Hong Kong and Palo Alto offices. He works closely with many of GA's global portfolio companies in the software, Internet, information and services sectors including Airbnb, Altair, Appirio, Box, IHS, SSA Global and Uber in the United States, Decolar, Linx and MercadoLibre in Brazil and Latin America. Prior to moving to Silicon Valley, Brett worked in GA's Hong Kong office, where he focused on opportunities in China and the Asia-Pacific region including the firm's investments in Alibaba Group, Lenovo, Meituan, Renren and Soufun. Brett is a board observer for AppDynamics.
