I qualified as a registered general nurse in 1987 and have worked in the field of neonates since 1988. I first completed the specialist neonatal nursing courses and then went on to complete the advanced neonatal nurse practitioner course on in 1998. Since that time I have worked in tertiary neonates with a special interest in transport. For the past 4 years I have worked at the Royal London hospital, rotating between the neonatal unit and the London neonatal transfer service.
