Title Director, Service Strategy & System Architecture Company Weill Cornell Medicine Bio Richard Hu is the associate director of service strategy and system architecture at Weill Cornell Medicine. His role is to implement the ITIL processes in IT and help introduce similar processes for other service departments such as HR, Finance, Capital Planning and Facilities. Richard has twenty years of experience in IT implementing various Infrastructure and Clinical systems. He has a background in Unix administration, database administration and software development. For the last 3 years, he has worked implementing process changes using ServiceNow and driving process improvements through analytics. Richard has a MIS from PACE university and EE from Cooper Union.
