Vikram Nair is a senior business and technology executive with a passion for leading technology-enabled change. Over 12 years at Pfizer, he successfully led change in multiple “first of a kind” situations. As the Vice President and top leader for Business Technology at Pfizer’s Animal Health division, a $4.2B business, Vikram transformed the IT function into a strategic and innovative unit that delivered the business’ first revenuegenerating IT solutions for customers, reduced IT operating expenses by 40%, and enabled the business to grow by 50% in five years. For the past year, Vikram has been leading a major change effort for the IT organization serving Carnival Corporation’s North American brands (Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruise Line, Holland America Cruise Line), as the Vice President for Global Information Technology Strategy & Planning.

Vikram combines his operational experience from Pfizer and Carnival with his consulting experience at McKinsey and Arthur D. Little, to help organizations define and achieve their mission and vision through a relentless focus on market and customer needs, competitive differentiation, and execution excellence.

Vikram is a Certified CloudMASTER® from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has been on multiple panels at the Cloud Business Summit Cloud World Expo over the past three years, and has advised multiple B2C and B2B tech startups on market, product, and customer development. Vikram is a member of the Society for Information Management. He has a M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University and a Sc.B from Brown University.
