Steven Santos is currently Senior Director IT Services Strategy for Johnson & Johnson Global Technology Services.  In this role, Steve is responsible for ensuring that the services that we provide to the business are instrumental in driving strategic growth in the business while also meeting requirements of efficiency and cost effectiveness.

With over 25 years in the IT community supporting a broad variety of business functions, Steve is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in meeting customer expectations in a variety of strategic and operational roles.  Steve’s key emphasis has been on driving operational improvements that allow the organization to explore new service opportunities in the most efficient and effective manner.
