National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP)

Tiffany Hu is the Director of Women in NAAAP (WIN) initiative at the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Boston chapter. NAAAP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established 30 years ago with 27 chapters in the North America that is dedicated to cultivate, support and promote Asian American leaders through professional development programs, community services engagements, and diverse industry connections. Dedicated to empowering, supporting and engaging Asian American women to succeed as professional and personal leaders, WIN is a special program created and developed to build competent and confident women leaders within NAAAP and the Asian Pacific community in Boston. Tiffany has been leading the WIN initiative since 2013 and have spearheaded various programming including the recently-launched WIN Lean-in-Circle series. Professionally, Tiffany is an asset management industry veteran and currently works for State Street Global Advisors. She earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and an MA in Asian Studies and a Master of Accountancy from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and a BA in Chinese Literature from Peking University. She's a CFA shareholder and also a Certified Public Accountant.
