Principal, Founder and Master Certified Coach
Coach Andrea

Andrea Novakowski, Master Certified Coach, has extensive experience in executive coaching. She partners with business owners and leaders to set goals and create momentum to produce effective results in their business and/or personal lives. Her clients benefit from her keen insights and perceptions in interpersonal and organization dynamics as they increase their ability to see things differently, enhance self-awareness, and develop creative ideas.

Andrea became intrigued with coaching in 1997, when she discovered her ability to help people become authentic and honest with themselves in order to achieve their dreams and desires. She helps clients recognize that they don’t need to make major changes in order to experience an extraordinary life; they simply must be open to diverse perspectives and value outside feedback. She has coached individuals in industries such as manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

Prior to coaching, Andrea co-developed a highly successful employee-benefit consulting firm. She was awarded a contract through a joint venture with (and subsequent sale of the firm to) Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. While there, Andrea was on the executive team that opened a new distribution channel by establishing a dedicated broker sales organization. She developed excellent working relationships with top-level division heads in marketing, product development, service, finance, and underwriting.

Andrea received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Simmons College in Boston and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley. She graduated from the Entrepreneurial Management program at Smaller Business Association of New England/ Babson College. Andrea is an MCC through International Coach Federation (ICF) and is certified in Booth 360: Clark Wilson’s Task Cycle® surveys.

A past president of ICF-New England, Andrea was recently inducted into the ICF-NE Hall of Fame.
