Todd Schwartzrock is a senior IT product and services marketing executive, serving the NITAAC in the CIO-CS GWAC launch, supporting the NITAAC Community Action Groups, and new marketing initiatives. He brings deep expertise in federal IT services capture, enterprise application development, in-bound marketing, legislative affairs and strategic communications gained from previous positions with Clear Channel Communications, General Motors Corporation, Siebel Systems (Oracle), Pitney Bowes Software, Navigant Consulting, GDIT Health Solutions, and Systems Made Simple, a Lockheed Martin company. Mr. Schwartzrock has expertise in data/application interoperability and cloud computing strategies, health care revenue cycle management, financial services risk & compliance management, enterprise application product management, and federal government procurement strategy. He earned his MBA degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy & New Media Management from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
