Division Chief for the Army, Force Management Enterprise Division, U.S. Army
Colonel (COL) Bobby Saxon serves at the Pentagon as the Division Chief for the Army, Force Management Enterprise Division. Colonel Saxon leads the Army G-3/5/7 Capability Management Office for Global Force Information Management and oversees development of the Enterprise Management Decision Support system (EMDS). COL Saxon’s 30-year military career spans numerous active duty and reserve assignments. Prior to assuming his current position in 2010, COL Saxon was the assistant deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Army G-3/5/7. COL Saxon’s private sector career includes leadership positions for IT organizations specializing in healthcare technology. COL Saxon holds a degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University, and a Master of Science degree in Government Information Leadership from the National Defense University. Colonel Saxon is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the National Defense University where he was recognized as the AFCEA Distinguished Graduate.
