Leveraging the full resources of Alcatel-Lucent and its partners, Ms Mine leads a team that helps Alcatel-Lucent’s key customers, Fortune 500 communication and media service providers, transform their networks, operations and businesses to compete in the future by applying leaner, more cost effective, and more agile platforms, resources and processes. Critical in this process is helping them get from here to there in an economically optimized way. Prior to her current role, Ms Mine ran Alcatel-Lucent’s global Consulting services business. For several years before that Ms Mine ran Alcatel Lucent’s business in Australasia, and in North Asia as well, managing up to 1 billion USD in annual revenue, and 3,500 people across 10 countries delivering many large programs and outsourced operations. She has worked in the communications and IT field for more than 25 years, during which time she has held senior executive roles with Alcatel-Lucent and Technicolor (where she was CMO), as well as smaller consultancy firms, and has lived and worked extensively in Asia Pacific and Europe, as well as North America. Ms Mine has participated on boards of startups and several industry associations such as TIA and the Australian Mobile Telephone Assoc. She holds a degree in Economics, and an MBA, and became an honorary engineer recognized by IEEE one too many projects architecting complex network economic models.
