El Aid Mahsoussi currently works as Executive President of Agadir Technical Unit.He deals with matters pertaining to Arab Mediterranean Free Trade Agreement (Agadir Agreement) and follows the implementation of this Agreement and the ministerial committees recommandations and supervise all activities of Agadir Technical Unit.

Prior to the technical unit,he worked as Secretary General of Moroccan Ministry of foreighn trade and in this capacity he was the chief negociator in Moroccan side of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement(DCFTA) with EU

Before that,he worked during 28 years at Moroccan Customs Administration; he was particularly Regional Director of  port of Casablanca and Central Director in charge of studies and international cooperation and chief of groupe of negociation in charge of “customs procedures and rules of origin” regarding FTA between Morocco and USA

He was alsoPresident of Permanent Technical committee at WCO
