Robert Fogarty

Dear World
Dear World began when Fogarty began asking residents of New Orleans to write a “love note to their City” and he soon recognized that the project could take on more stories regardless of religion, race or language. Dear World’s work includes portraits, videos and stories of survivors of the Boston marathon bombing and Syrian refugees as well as recognizable people like Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus, Susan Sarandon and Drew Brees. He has been featured on the Today Show, CNN, PBS and in the Washington Post, New York Times and Inc. magazine. He’s also the co-founder of and a graduate of the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication.
