Oliver B. Libby is a founding partner and Managing Director of Hatzimemos / Libby, a global growth catalyst firm, and Chair & Co-Founder of The Resolution Project. Founded in 2009, Hatzimemos / Libby is dedicated to enhancing and accelerating companies in key growth industries including energy, data, life sciences, and other advanced technologies. In 2007, Mr. Libby co-founded The Resolution Project, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students around the world to become social entrepreneurs. Resolution Social Venture Challenges have been held around the world, and hundreds of Resolution Fellows are working across the United States and in over fifty countries in all six inhabited continents, helping hundreds of thousands of people through new social ventures created by these young leaders. From 2003 to early 2009, Mr. Libby was a consultant at Giuliani Partners LLC, a management consulting firm founded by former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Mr. Libby also served as volunteer Deputy Director of Energy Policy for the Giuliani for President Campaign in 2007-2008. Mr. Libby chairs the Growth Strategy Group of The Harvard Club of New York City and also serves as a Trustee of the Club’s charitable Foundation and a Harvard College interviewer. Mr. Libby is also on the Advisory Board of Project HEAL, a charity dedicated to eating disorder treatment, and advises a number of other non-profits in various areas. Mr. Libby speaks frequently on the subject of social enterprise, sustainable development, and the nexus between the public and private sectors. He has spoken at the Harvard and Columbia Social Enterprise Conferences, the Renewable Energy Finance Forum, the United Nations Media for Social Impact Summit, and others. He is also a member of the Clinton Global Initiative’s LEAD working group. Mr. Libby graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College.
