Title Director, Investments Company Omidyar Networks Bio Isabelle is a director at Omidyar Network, where she helps evaluate and select new investment opportunities and manage the firm’s investment portfolio. Isabelle joined Omidyar Network in 2012, bringing a strong background in investing, transaction structuring, and business strategy. Prior to Omidyar Network, Isabelle was director of investments at ImpactAssets, a nonprofit organization that seeks to increase capital flows into impact investing. She helped manage the company’s donor advised fund and structure new impact investing products. Previously, she spent more than ten years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as executive director in the investment banking division. Isabelle advised corporate clients on capital structure and strategic issues, including debt and equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Her other roles at Morgan Stanley included venture capital technology investing and emerging market fixed income advisory and syndication. Isabelle earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MBA with honors from ESSEC, where she majored in finance. She received a bachelor’s degree in economics with honors from Sciences Po, Paris.
