As the East region Emerging Growth Company (EGC) practice leader, he advises clients in the areas of raising capital, initial public offerings, and SEC matters. Steve is also the New England leader for Deloitte’s Tech Venture Center in Waltham, MA. He currently serves as a director on the Bentley University Alumni Executive Board.
