Bio
Shuly Galili is Co-Founder of UpWest Labs a Silicon Valley Accelerator/Fund supporting Israeli entrepreneurs. Her work and investments allow early stage Israeli startups the opportunity to build and expand their companies in the US with a strong ecosystem of peers, customers, partnerships and capital. Shuly spent the past decade building Silicon Valley’s gateway to Israel. Prior to UpWest Labs she was the Executive Director of the California Israel Chamber of Commerce (CICC) creating the ultimate platform for ongoing business exchange serving a network of over 10,000 companies. Prior the CICC, Shuly held marketing and program development roles at various international NGOs focusing on economic development programs and educational initiatives. She studied for her B.A. of International Relations at San Francisco State University and French Studies at Grenoble University in France. Shuly serves on the Board of CICC and Advisory Boards of The C100 - A Canadian Entrepreneurs Network and Cracking the Glass Ceiling - a program to advance STEM education among girls in Israel.
