We all have a role and responsibility in mental health promotion, working in FE we are ideally situated to facilitate innovative practices to encourage integrated participation from a variety of sectors to make the most positive improvement in people’s mental health. West Lothian College have thrown open their doors to their stakeholders to support community MH & wellbeing whilst tackling the stigma that still prevails around MH for the benefit of everyone.


Promoting Wellbeing: an Ayrshire College Approach

Paul Hough (Mental Health and Wellbeing Liaison Officer) and Doreen Wales (Head of Inclusive Learning) will discuss recent initiatives such as the online Wellbeing Hub, which have been introduced at Ayrshire College to promote student and staff wellbeing.
