Women technologists are faced with career challenges on many levels; among these is the decision and balance of becoming a working mother. Two presenters will lead a discussion on how they have navigated two career paths as working mothers in a male dominated industry. The discussion will highlight crucial conversations on family leave, performance evaluations and working for 24/7 global company.
