Resource utilization is traditionally achieved by a set of heuristic rules and thresholds provided by technical experts with rich experience in cluster resource management. In this presentation, we want to present a solution using Reinforcement Learning and Machine Learning algorithms to make cluster allocation decisions more dynamically and elastically.
