Optimal Probes: A Tool to Predict Experiments to Study Protein Dynamics using Machine Learning10/04/2017 Objective: Inspiration Optimal Probes uses computer simulation datasets to predict the best set of amino acid pairs to use to perform experiments on proteins. This is an attempt to predict the optimal experiment choices as opposed to random choices to minimize resources spent.
