An Automated Framework for Assistance in the Search for Missing Child

This pilot study introduces a framework for optimal search plan construction, to assist decision making in missing child search by allocating time resources. Given necessary information, a prior probability of finding the missing child is computed, and a detection model is designed. Then, the posterior probability is estimated according to the search result using Bayesian method.
