Exponential growth of wireless devices motivates dynamic spectrum sharing between multiple incompatible radio access technologies, e.g. LTE and Wi-Fi coexistence in the unlicensed band. Our work presents "SMART", a distributed dynamic spectrum management architecture, which enables communication among wireless networks and coordinate spectrum use to avoid interference and jointly maximize utility.
