Conversational applications often suffer from excessive hype but weak performance. This talk will focus on bridging the gap between state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing research and real world applications. We will discuss an end-to-end approach for building conversational interfaces with production level accuracy that has proven to work well for a number of enterprise applications.
