Objective: Guidance
Audience Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Session Type: Presentation

Literature education should better address the needs of non-standard learners. We propose video games as an interactive, replicable, and scalable way to improve access to, affinity for, and critical thinking about complex literature. We describe Something Wicked, a combat video game adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth, and how it improves on existing game-like Shakespeare adaptations.
