‘7 Cups of Coffee’ is a women-oriented initiative to encourage one-on-one conversations among people who would otherwise not have a chance to interact. This program is intended to be run within a department/university/company encouraging women to reach out to ‘guests’ of their choosing from a list of guest bios. This is a simple-yet-powerful strategy to help build a strong women’s community over time and facilitate networking without the usual overheads.
