In this fast-paced comprehensive workshop, new CEOs will go through the Got It, Need It, Can’t Do It exercise for Board Development, Marketing and Fund Raising. Conducted by Kurt Aschermann from ka6consulting, (Kurt was CMO/CDO for Boys & Girls Clubs of America) this workshop was highly rated at last year’s national conference. When complete CEOs will have a ready-made game plan for improvement in these three essential areas of their work.
