| Child Safety: System for Youth Protection Workshop, Sponsored by Great American Insurance Group Speaker Description Based on BBBSA's research and experience, this course will explore the keys to youth protection and risk management in one-to-one mentoring programs, examining effective strategies to help ensure that children are safe in the care of local programs. This workshop will explore how youth protection best practices are immersed in the Enhanced Service Delivery Model and 2014 Standards of Practice in Big Brothers Big Sisters programs. Completion of this in-person training is required for Program Manager Certification. Prerequisite: Participants should have completed BBBSA’s online course titled “Fundamentals of Youth Protection”, Course Code: SD00198 prior to attending this training.
