This work extends the argumentation that cities as systems grow superlinearly in their size over time, assuming computer networks (CN) as subject. Would CNs show their communication scaling sublinearly as biological systems or have their design infused with social drivers and scale as cities do? Software Defined Net paradigm provides an innovative setting that could lead to superlinear behavior.
