Complex diseases have been linked to altered gene expression due to abnormal DNA sequences. However, the precise relationship is not fully understood. We develop a quantitative model to predict gene expression from DNA sequence, using accessibility and DNA shape data. Results show models incorporating heterogeneous data perform better than sequence-only model, and better elucidate gene regulation.
