This has necessitated a need to re-evaluate donor and leadership volunteer identification, cultivation and stewardship strategies. This session will review donor analysis strategies using geographic mapping, donor cultivation and stewardship strategies, how to recruit members and how staff can facilitate councils to help with marketing, mentor recruitment and fund development. |
