Description

Based on BBBSA's research and experience, this course will explore the keys to youth protection and risk management in one-to-one mentoring programs, examining effective strategies to help ensure that children are safe in the care of local programs. Topics will include: key indicators of offender behavior, staff training design, quality match support, performance management around child safety, and crisis management.
