The app allows Bigs to find activities based on the 12 Thriving Indicators, flag ideas for their outings, rate the value of each experience and keep a record of their mentoring time throughout the year. This session will give attendees a high-level overview of the Six Sigma project, a tech-savvy presentation of the mobile app with results to date, and information on bringing this tool back home to your local agency. |
