However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. Photography and Recording Disclaimer During your attendance at the Congress, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means (“recorded”) by an official representative and this may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Congress Organisers’. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Organisers’ by emailing ayacongress@maxims-travel.com. Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Organisers’ 45 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $120 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted.
