Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy
Registration
|
- Full payment MUST be received prior to the Meeting. Registrations cannot be confirmed until full payment is received
- To qualify for Early Bird discount, registration fees must be received prior to Friday 27 April 2018. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration
- Delegates
who find themselves unable to attend the Symposium after submitting a
registration are welcome to nominate a substitute attendee. All alterations,
substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Symposium
Secretariat.
- Cancellations
received before Friday 27 April 2018 will be refunded in full (less an administration fee of
$55 inc GST). Cancellations on or after Saturday 28 April 2018 are not refundable, but
substitutions are acceptable
- Exemptions
are at the discretion of ANZSRS
- By
submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation
policy

Accommodation
|
- Accommodation must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once your booking and payment has been processed you will receive an email to advise that your accommodation has been confirmed.
- Cancellations and changes should be made through the Symposium Secretariat only. There is no guarantee that cancellations made will receive a full refund as Hotel's reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as detailed in points 3, 4 & 5 below.
- Any cancellations 61-90 days prior to the event will forfeit one night's accommodation
- Any cancellations within 60 days of event, incur a 100% cancellation fee
- Any no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee

All bookings are accepted on the
basis that you have read, understood and agreed to abide, and be bound
by the Terms and Conditions of the ANZSRS Retina Symposium.
