Gemma McCaw


Gemma McCaw is passionate about helping people achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals as well as reach their potential in all areas of life. With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Gemma co- founded the 100 % Project with a group of like-minded people, working with individuals and groups helping improve their wellbeing and enabling them to live happier and healthier lives.

Gemma has worked with Air New Zealand delivering Health, Fitness and Wellbeing plans for Cabin Crew and Pilots. Gemma has also delivered staff mentoring and performance wellbeing for a range of organisations. Gemma is also currently completing a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing.


Gemma has also been a member of the Women’s Black Sticks hockey team for the last 9 years, playing 241 test caps and has competed at three Olympic Games, (Beijing, London and Rio) and is also a dual Commonwealth Games medalist.
