Historically, the Ontario Long Term Care Association has provided support to members by developing and providing home-level analytics reports. Through the power of our large and diverse membership, we have been able to combine and transform existing data to support better decision-making for our members. However, with the explosion of data and public reporting in recent years, it is becoming time consuming, complex and difficult for homes to keep on top of it all. To help homes to navigate this data landscape, the Association has developed a NEW dynamic business intelligence dashboard tool for members to use. All member homes will receive this new tool following the conference. Join this workshop to get a sneak peak of the new tool and learn more as Tommy Wong demonstrates its use in detail.
