DELEGATE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you wish to cancel from the Congress after payment has been received, a refund will be given, subject to a $200.00 administration fee, provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday 20 October 2017. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but must be notified in writing to Event Travel Management. An administration fee may be incurred.
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY: The Congress Organising Committee does not take any responsibility for accommodation bookings made outside of the registration booking.
