Mark has held senior management roles and led successful organisational change programmes in both private multi-national and government sector organisations. He has been a leader in driving procurement reform across the New Zealand public sector and is widely recognised for implementing one of the most effective individual agency change programmes. In his current role he is responsible for lifting commercial skills across all NZ Government agencies. Mark’s leadership within the procurement profession was recognised in the award of Fellowship status by the United Kingdom based Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply in 2013.
