The group rate of $169+tax/night is offered until June 17, 2017, based on availability. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.

What is the dress code for the meeting?
Business-casual attire is appropriate for all educational sessions.

Registration

When can I register?
Online registration opens February 1, 2017
Onsite registration begins, Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 3 p.m.

How do I print a receipt for my registration?
A confirmation email, which includes all purchases, will automatically be sent after the registration process is complete. This email can be printed as a receipt of purchase.
You also can log back into the registration website here and print out a copy of your receipt.

What forms of payment does the AGD accept for registration?
The online registration fee must be paid with American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard. If you register via mail, you or your sponsoring organization may issue a check made payable to: Academy of General Dentistry. Checks must be received by June 1, 2017 in order to qualify for the Advance Registration Rate. Checks received after June 1, 2017 will be charged the General Registration Rate.

How does the AGD determine who is a recent graduate?
A recent graduate will have a graduation date between July 2016 and July 2017.
Dental Team Registration

What is dental team registration?
Dental team registration includes hygienists, assistants, lab technicians, and office personnel.

Can a dental team member attend the meeting and dental courses?
Yes.

How does a dental team member register?
Dental team members can be added to a member registration. Dental team members also can complete their own registration online.

What functions can my guest, spouse, or child attend?
An attendee age 14 or younger can accompany a parent into the exhibit hall at no charge. However, if an attendee plans to bring his or her spouse or guests (age 15 and older) to the exhibit hall, they must register, pay the exhibit hall fee or Guest fee (if appropriate) and obtain a badge for each accompanying attendee.
Access to any lecture or participation course requires registration for which additional fees are required.

How do I make changes to my registration?
You will need to log in to make changes to your registration online on the button below:




An updated confirmation will be emailed to you or can be printed from the website.

My registration timed out what do I do?
The system automatically places a temporary hold on any incomplete registrations. If the registration screen is exited prior to completion, please wait 60 minutes and you will automatically receive an email with a link to complete your registration (click on NEW REGISTRATION using the link). Otherwise, call the Membership Call Center at 312-243-3368 or email meetings@agd.org.

What is the AGD2017 cancellation policy?
Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD on or before 5 p.m. CDT June 23, 2017. Email your request to meetings@agd.org, or fax it to 312.440.0513.
For registration fees and paid courses, cancellation requests received after 5 p.m. CDT June 23, 2017, will not be eligible for a credit or refund. All cancellations will be processed within 60 days after AGD2017.

Air Travel

Is there a discount code available for airfare?
Attendees planning to fly to AGD2017 can get a discount on their United Airlines airfare by using the AGD discount code when booking online at www.united.com.
After entering your cities and dates, click “All search options,” to the left of the “Search” button. Enter the code ZXZT760445 in the “Promotions and certificates” box at the bottom of the screen.

Ground Transportation

How do I get from the airport to the headquarters hotel?
Taxi transportation from McCarron International Airport (LAS) to Caesars Palace is recommended.  Travel time is approximately 12-minutes with an average cost of $17.  

Attendees who wish to use Super Shuttle for transportation to/from Caesars Palace can use code 3XJTC to get 10% off their fare.  Advance reservations are required; visit www.supershuttle.com or click here for the group page and enter the code 3XJTC when asked.

Is parking available at the headquarters hotel?
If you are local to Las Vegas and are driving to the meeting, hotel self parking at the hotel parking garage is available. The self parking garage is located behind the hotel to the right of the front entrance on Jay Sarono Drive.
