CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Given written notice prior to Saturday 15 July 2017, we are happy to issue a refund for any cancellation of single tickets.
  • Given written notice prior to Thursday 15 June 2017, we are happy to issue a refund for any cancellation of group (5+) registrations or dinner table bookings.
  • Cancellation notices should be sent to info@smconference.com.au and are only valid upon receipt of a confirmed reply.
  • Refunds are not provided for any cancellation received after this time or for non-attendance on the day. Delegate substitutions may be made at any time. All refunds will incur a AUD50 administration fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
