Exercise in Chronic Pain

People exercise in pain and rehabilitation involves pain.  Pain is good, without it rehab often doesn't work for many reasons. In sports medicine treating the pain instead of the problem is largely ineffective, and distracts the patient and those treating them from addressing the root of the problem. Overuse injury is a misnomer and mostly doesn't occur and rest is largely bad. These and other issues will be discussed.
