This coach tour through Helsinki takes in the most important and interesting parts of the city such as the Presidential Palace, City Hall, Parliament House, Finlandia Hall and the Opera House.  The tour takes a comprehensive look at the monumental centre created by Engel and buildings designed by Alvar Aalto and other leading architects.

The tour will include a guided tour of Helsinki Cathedral and stops at Senate Square, the Sibelius Monument and, if possible, Temppeliaukio Church, which is built into solid rock, before continuing by coach to the lunch venue.

Lunch will be served at Haikko Manor, a 19^th century manor house, which was once a temporary home to the Russian Romanov family.

Back on the coach, you will travel on to Porvoo.  The town of Porvoo features pretty wooden houses, picturesque yards and narrow cobbled streets, which all form a unique historic wooden town setting.  The iconic symbols of Porvoo are the red warehouses on the riverbanks, a living legacy of the seafaring and trading history of the town.

Your walking tour takes you through the beautiful medieval city centre and on to the cathedral.
