• To arrange for your accommodation and logistics needs (if applicable).
• To facilitate your participation in the Singapore International Robo Expo
• To conduct market research or surveys, analysis, profiling activities, planning, statistical and trend analysis in relation to the event
• Internal administrative purposes
• We may be disclosing the personal data you have provided to us to our third party service providers agents, and/or our affiliates or related corporations, and/or other third parties whether sited in Singapore or outside of Singapore, for one or more of the above-stated purposes.
• By registering with us, you also agree to receive marketing information, including but not limited to show updates and agree to the collection, disclosure, processing and use of your personal data by Experia Events Ptd Ltd, our third party service providers, agents and/or affiliates or related corporations for such marketing purposes.

1. Liabilities
1. Experia Events cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any industry trade visitor and professional as a result of submitting an online registration for the event.
2. Experia Events is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of submissions, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or submission to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the industry trade visitor's and professional's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from submitting an online registration for the event.
3. By registering for the event, the registrant agrees that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Experia Events, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all direct and/or indirect losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.


2. Use of Personal Information


1. By registering for the event, the registrant agrees:
• to the use of his/her name and/or likeness, without compensation, for Experia Events' promotional and marketing purposes; and
• to the use of the information submitted on the registration form, without compensation, for Experia Events' promotional and marketing purposes; and
2. The registrant acknowledges that in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by him/her to Experia Events or obtained by Experia Events from him/her pursuant to this submission:
• she/he is authorised to disclose such Personal Information;
• such disclosure complies with any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of this promotion, and the use of such Personal Information by Experia Events as contemplated by this submission (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to Experia Events' external agencies or third parties)
3. Experia Events and its affiliated companies respect the privacy of every individual who visits our Web site or responds to our advertisements and promotion. Please refer to our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use for details.

• No exchange of passes will be made under any circumstances and passes are not transferable and may not be resold. Experia Events reserves the right to cancel any passes that have been transferred or resold and to deny any such pass holder entry.
• Entry to the event venue will be subject to the venue’s prevailing terms and conditions of entry
• Infants in arms or children without Tickets will not be admitted
• Experia Events reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
• Experia Events may use the registrant’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph, picture or publicity material or website.
• Experia Events may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
• Singapore law shall govern the registration and sale of event passes and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
