If reservations are canceled on or after December 31, 2016, cancellations will be charged a $120.00 cancellation-processing fee. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as "ConferenceDirect LLC". In addition to the $120.00 cancellation-processing fee, cancellations and no-shows will also be subject to the individual hotel policy stating that cancellations with-in 72 hours prior to arrival and no shows will be charged one night's room and tax.
