Ben is an Industrial designer who believes in acting on ideas and has a broad range of knowledge and expertise; starting with empathy-based customer insight and stage gate, right through the design process for the implementation of ideas through to commercially viable products. With an inbuilt creative streak, and a sense of humility and humour, his coaching skills can tease out the creative confidence in diverse groups.
