Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%).

DELEGATE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you wish to cancel from the Congress after payment has been received, a refund will be given, subject to a $200.00 administration fee, provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday 21 October 2016. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but must be notified in writing to CC Conferences.  An administration fee may be incurred.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY: The Congress Organising Committee does not take any responsibility for accommodation bookings made outside of the registration booking.

Changes & Cancellation Policy for accommodation booked as part of your registration:
Prior to 21 October - full hotel refund.
22 October to 8 November - one night cost penalty (except Four Points, Mercure and Ibis hotels - full booking penalty)
From 9 November - full booking penalty.
